We have found a wonderful chef who will be teaching cooking classes not only at Foxglove Community Gardens,

The dinner he has prepared will be served around 7:30 pm. Saturday morning, after he has served a delectable breakfast, everyone will get into a rented van, and travel to different farms and destinations throughout the valley where food is produced.

They can stop at wineries, cheese shops, farm gate and farm stores.

Imagine your wedding on a private beach, or on the lawn overlooking Salt Spring Island and beautiful Porlier Pass.. Your whole wedding party can be accommodated! If your wedding party is large, we can recommend B&B’s nearby.

Chef Rondow with guide you through a gourmet three course menu that is big on Asian flavours as well as sampling some of BC’s finest coastal seafood & berries. Learn how to cook Qualicum Bay scallops with red plum & wasabi jam, Queen Charlotte Halibut with fresh ginger & green tea coconut milk broth and finishing with Candied black rice & fresh raspberry yogurt parfait.
